Services Applicable for Refund Policy

Web Temple refund policy applies to our selected web hosting services. It applies to monthly fees and setup fees Web Temple collected.
Total amount to be refunded is calculated based on the exclusion of bank charges, any bank card such as credit card or debit card charges, transaction fees and administrative fees.

Services Not Applicable for Refund policy

Domain Name - Web Temple will not be able to refund for domain name registration fees, renewal fees and trasfer fees.
Addiontional or Optional Services Added – Refund is not applicable for additional or optional services added to web hosting services.
Breached of Policies - Any customer who has breached the General Terms &Conditions and Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) automatically forfeited the right to utilize the refund policy.
